Summary: We usually don’t, but we used room service a lot on this day and it was excellent except for the pizza. I didn’t think the pizza was very good but breakfast was excellent. The burgers were fantastic and service was great.

Summary: Excellent customer service! Fast, efficient and friendly. Every staff person went over and above, from the bellman Marvin, to the receptionists and even the friendly clerk in the convenience store late one night. The M has outstanding customer service and wonderful amenities.

Summary: Requested for early check in and late check out which were both accommodated and very much appreciated. We attended a wedding held at the resort. Room was clean, spacious except there was no coffee maker available in the room. Front desk, concierge, restaurants and gift shop staffs are all friendly and nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Convenient location 15 to 20 mins from LV strip but great facilities and not over crowded with slower pace than main strip but close enough to enjoy the strip if required

Summary: I love everything about the M in Henderson Nevada. I especially love that you don't have to leave the hotel. You can eat, sleep, gamble, exercise, shop, all in one place.

Summary: This was my first stay at the M. The room was so beautiful. It was very comfortable and large compared to most other resort rooms. The pool was great, and the entire design of the place inside and out was really nice. There was a live band in one of the bars in the evening which was so fun. The breakfast at Marinelli's was awesome with the open ceiling. I liked that the resort is smaller and felt much more private and relaxing.

Summary: It’s a nice place to stay… some of the nicer restaurants close at 10 which is ok but the employees made us feel rushed…. And one of our servers would not respond to guests she would only do something if asked by another server
